Work / Case stories

Built in the
real world.

Different visions require different builds.

These stories show what it can look like to move from an identified need, possibility or strategy into something people can actually experience, use and continue building.

Community innovation

Hope Vibes

Building infrastructurearound a real human need.

Editorial evidence showing the development and deployment of Hope Vibes community hygiene infrastructure.

Hope Vibes began with a simple but persistent question: what would it look like to make essential care easier to access for people experiencing homelessness? What started with direct relief grew into the design and development of mobile and place-based infrastructure for hygiene and basic needs, including the Hope Tank and mobile laundry and shower solutions. Bringing those ideas into the real world required more than a good concept. It meant prototyping, fundraising, partnerships, fabrication, logistics, volunteer systems and learning from what happened once the work met the community. Hope Vibes is evidence of what can happen when you start with the need, build with what you have and keep developing the capacity to do more.

Venture building

Doxa District

Building the businessand the systemsat the same time.

DOXA District began as a vision for a coffee and community space where people could gather, work, create and experience something meaningful. As the vision moved toward a physical location, the build expanded beyond the space itself: a business model, coffee experiences, corporate offerings, pricing, sales pathways, event operations and custom technology to manage B2B relationships and live orders. The story is still being written, which is part of what makes it useful. DOXA demonstrates what it looks like to build a venture in motion, making decisions with the resources available now while creating the structure and systems the business will need as it grows.

Ministry systems

School of Revival

Turning a discipleship visioninto an environment peoplecan actually use.

School of Revival custom digital discipleship, learning and community experience.

School of Revival started with a ministry vision that required more than delivering content. The experience needed to help people learn, reflect, participate in community and continue their formation beyond a single teaching moment. That vision was translated into a custom digital environment where sessions, Field Notes, personal reflection, community participation, journey and ministry administration could live together. Rather than forcing the ministry into a generic learning platform, the system was shaped around the way the discipleship experience was intended to work. School of Revival demonstrates how strategy, ministry philosophy, experience design and technology can come together to give a vision tangible form.

Different visions. Different constraints. Same question.

What does this actually require
to become real?

The answer won't always be a program, platform, product or system. We start by understanding what's actually there, what the vision requires and what needs to happen next.
