Pickup is available only for designated products or special events when specifically advertised. If pickup is not listed as an option, the order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

We occasionally offer a limited selection of ready-to-purchase merchandise at school functions and community events. Sizes, colors, and quantities may be limited. Additional options may be available through our online store.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered due to a production error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

After reviewing the issue, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when warranted.

Orders that have entered production may not be eligible for cancellation.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

For custom printing projects, customers may receive a digital mockup for review before printing.

Please review all spelling, colors, sizes, placement, and other design details carefully.

Once a customer approves a design and authorizes production, additional changes may result in extra costs or require a new order.

Some collections are offered in connection with school events, fundraisers, or seasonal activities.
